I was just over Dell's site and noticed that the 300m is no longer being sold. I ordered one last Friday night and cancelled my order on Saturday cause I has a bad feeling about my order. Now I'm glad I did as I can put the money down on whatever hits next.

Does anyone have any idea why the 300m was cancelled?

You can actually still order the 300m through the business side of the website. I expect something new may be coming soon though based on the fact it was pulled. I'll ask contacts I have there and see if they respond and then let you know!

Got to play with one of the new 700ms. Very nice, although seemed a bit on the heavy side. From what I was told, it wasn't designed in house, rather based on a Hitachi(?) model. Regardless, it has a nice form factor, silver and gray/white exterior.
