Does anyone know what types of inputs are included with this card? (256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT)

Do you mean outputs? You get the same video outputs regardless of the config - S-Video and VGA.

Well, I am buying a DV Camcorder and it has S-Video, Firewire, and a composite video/audio outputs so I was hoping there would be a spot I could input from the camera.

There is a firewire port on the new Inspirons, though I don't think it's part of the video subsystem. You'll be able to connect your camcorder to that. It's a type 2 connector (the small one, probably the same as the one on you're camcorder), not the type 1.

yea theres a firewire input you can use and there is also an s video port, but you have to keep in mind that s-video doesn't transfer sound

And just for your knowledge, no 1394 (firewire) is not connected through the video adapter. Dell also has 1394A (almost as fast as USB 2.0) just incase you were wondering.

and for the laptop cooling pad, its definitely worth it when you game. but i would advise you to buy one from either newegg or amazon, dell is definitely selling that at a higher price than those other 2
