worth it to upgrade? $125

Depends on your needs. What will you be doing with your computer?
Any kind of processor intensive program can benefit from that upgrade, but it's a good idea to make sure you have enough ram to go with it.
It depends on if it's worth it to you to spend that for an upgrade. -
The_Observer 9262 is the best:)
Can your notebook use 800Mhz?

for $125, I think that you could greatly appreciate the benefits you will get from the upgrade.

i "might" play games with it.. I'll get the 128 if i get the 1330 and 256 if i get the 1530. and max out the rams.

Then it might be worth it the extra boost. Plus, it will be a little more future proof.

And I was just thinking, if you ever decided to upgrade in the future yourself, by buying a processor and installing yourself, it will be far more expensive than the $125 upgrade Dell is offering now with a new system.

If you are using the computer for processor intensive programs, you could go with the M1330 but you will lose out when it comes to real estate on the screen.
However, if you are going to be traveling with this notebook a lot, I would suggest the M1330 because it is easy to travel with and programs such as photoshop do not require your video card at all. If you get a M1330 I would go with.
2.4 / 4GB Ram / 500GB HD (if you are doing video editing on the laptop) / 8400GS 128MB.
Look at the dell outlet store btw. Really good prices on there and I think you can get the laptop I just spec'd out (minus the 500GB HD) for around $1100
2.4@800hz vs 2.0@667hz
