    I just ordered a monitor online, 24" 1920x1080.

    My inspiron 1520 is
    2GB
    8600m GT
    2.0 Duo Core

    Is it possible to outout a 1920x1080 via the VGA? Or will I get some messed up stretched image?

    Please reply quickly if I have to cancel my online order.

    You shouldn't have any problems. I'm using a 25.5" 1920x1200 through VGA and the display is perfect. Are you ordering from NewEgg?
