The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I just added a 19" UltraSharp Dell (1908FP) LCD monitor. It's pretty good but it took me a while to get it to work at the right resolution, 1280x1024.

    I had to download drivers for the video card (Still not sure what the model is, I think it was GPX934 (?))

    The default mode of the Inspiron's display is 1400x900 (?) resolution.
