    1720 and 1520 Batteries, which stick out and which dont?

    I'm going to be ordering either a 1520 or a 1720. I'm wondering which batteries stick out on each. I've heard numerous accounts, but I want a solid answer. Thanks alot guys!

    I cant say with any certainty but im pretty sure its the 9-cell batterys on each of those that stick out. The 6-cell batterys do not stick out.

    I thought I heard that the 9 cell on the 1720 doesn't stick out. Unfortunately for us, no one on this site has reviewed either 1720 and 1721 models.

    All of the 9 cell batteries stick out for the Vostro and Inspiron 14x0, 15x0, and 17x0.
