1720 Black Ordered on 8/20; no delays (YET)

I ordered back on 8/20/07. The original ship date of 9/12 still stands. Does anyone see anything on my machine, (other than it's a DELL), that may cause a delay?

The T7300 CPU...

I'm told by DELL that that is slowing me down....

My current ESD is the 10th...

 

I was looking at Dell's site earlier and saw where the 2Gb T7300 is no longer a processor choice for the 1720. Maybe, just maybe, we got the orders in soon enough that we will get the notebooks shipped on the original ship date. I talked to an American guy in the order modification dept and he says if no delays yet there shouldn't be. We'll see....

Processors are slowing down the orders... ones that I know are T7100 and T7500... don't know about the T7300.... I did see that it is no longer an option though

 

If I could get a notebook configured like the one I ordered from Dell I'd order it. I've gone out to Sony and Hp's sites and tried configuring them. Sony is WAY over priced and I can't get what I want at Hp. I think the Inspiron is by far the best for the money and level of customization. Let's just get em on the road Dell!!
