    1720 - Loud, clanky touch pad buttons

    The touchpad buttons on my 1720 are loud and the left button almost sort of sticks. I have to press it hard to get it to work most of the time. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? The keys are all quiet and nice but the darn touchpad buttons are crap on mine....

    call dell.. i hardly use the touchpad but it isn't as tough to press.. its kinda nice actually but i prefer using the mouse

    Yeah..I was about to call Dell. I was just curious if it was just me. The buttons on my work laptop of smooth so it was definately obvious something was different.

    No way dude its definitely a problem the buttons should be soft and it should never stick out.call dell right away
