Anyone else have a problem where a single key doesn't work on the new Inspiron? If so, what's the protocol on how they went about fixing it- I really don't want to return the whole laptop just to fix a key for fear it'll get damaged or something else will get screwed up. Has anyone got a new keyboard sent to them by Dell to use as a replacement?

    TIA

Check and make sure that nothing has found its way under that key. Try and use some compressed air or something similar to try and eject the object, if there is one. If there is nothing there, then ask Dell to fix or repair the problem. A replacement is a little over the top, I think, but if you are happy, then it is your choice.
