17" Inspiron Review Request Thread~>

Most of you who opted for a 17" inspiron, got the 1720. I'am receiving a 1721 soon, and will be doing a full blown video/voice review on the laptop. I'd like to know what all of you 17"'ers want covered. From busting out a ruler and measuring size, to how wide it is or WHATEVER any of you like.

I got the AMD turion and the ATI video card. Those of you who got a 21, I will have benchmarks up, and may use some in the making of my video. From the opening of the box, to the uninstallation of vista will be covered in my review.

I'am going to do a review, THAN I'am going to say something like "now for the user request section of the review". I will post the exact time of the review for that part so those who don't want to watch the rest of the review, you can skip right to the part you requested.

Pictures and text are cool and all, but I'd rather kickback with a corona and a cigarette and watch a review on the laptop. So anyone who already has a 1720/1721, please feel free to hop on this idea and do it before I do. (it will save me time, and the anticipation of seeing a review on the 17"'ers.)

Thanks for pointing that thread out, Greg. I already had the contents of that link sitting in a wordpad waiting to be filled out. I will do both written and video of the review so those who cannot view the video or whatever. Some people like to read and not watch.

The video will be more than likely up on my hosting, so it will always be accessible. I will in-fact get with andrew to see if I can get some front page space for those that want to see the 17". Thanks for that information.
