This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have an Inspiron 15R 5521 (2013 with i5 3337U and HD 4000) notebook and can't seem to update the factory drivers with the new set that I downloaded from Intel's support page. Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or know of a workaround?

    update: I uninstalled the old drivers and was able to install the new drivers, but Windows update reverted back to the old drivers.
