    Hello,

I just got my 1537 and while the screen looked amazing at first sight, I found the backlight to be too way to bright, I am get headaches if I'm using the computer more than an hour. Reducing the brightness to 0 didn't help, I'd like to reduce backlight specifically. Is it possible to do that, or is brightness the only control this monitor has?

    Thank you

I'm not sure about on the ATI Card in the 1537, but when I had a thinkpad with an ATI card, there was an ATI Control Center (or nammed something similar) that I could go into and lower the brightness.
