It will be a new system; but new does not mean built for you. It could have been built for someone else and cancelled.
Trust me on this.
You wouldn't get it so fast otherwise, and they'd be able to tell you what the system is.
But "not new" does not mean that it's not really new. It simply means they've got it sat in their depot. Could be that it was returned and never opened, or opened but sent back with not a single mark. They'll make it look like new anyway; so does it really matter? The main point is if it works and does what you need.

I accidentaly wrote 10-12 days but it is really 12-15. Oh and it is business days.

Yes, but my second argument stands. If it was brand new, i.e. constructed especially for you, then they would be able to tell you now what model it is. Heck, they could give you an order number so you could track it.
Not saying they don't ever provide brand new laptops; but it's not what normally happens. Still, it is for all real intent a new laptop; just that you might not have been the first person to press that power button. Then again, you might be. -
Might they not have told me because my Replacement request or whatever is still being processed?
And I understand what you are saying. -
That would be a safe assumption, but we'll see. As we've said before, there is guidelines they have, but whether they follow them or do something else is to be seen.

Indeed I guess we will figure out SOON (< JOKE HAHAHA) ...
