I just finished installing XP Pro on my new m1530. I didn't play around with Vista long enough to notice, but when you touch the volume controls above the keyboard, is there any on-screen display that lets you know it is actually working? They seem to be very, very slow at turning the volume up/down, and I would like some kind of display letting me know the button still functions. Any way to turn tis on?

If there is some driver or software I didn't install during the XP migration, that would be helpful too :)

    Thanks!

Dell quickset shows it for my e1505, maybe you should get Quickset form their site.

That is one of the things I decided I didn't need to re-install. I'll give it a shot, thanks :)
