Does anybody else have this problem?

When I open the lid of my 1530 the mouse jumps all over the place when I try to move it. it does this for 30-60 seconds then it works fine.

Has anybody else encountered this issue before, and hopefully, solved it?

Try placing your fingers and doing a sliding "X" pattern from one corner to the other. A user said that helped.
