My 1520 came with a grainy display and what looks to be 1 dead pixel at the top of the screen and a line of dead pixels in the shape of a scratch at the bottom about the size of a -.
What is dells dislpay replacement policy?
Do you think that my screen is bad enough for them to replace it?

From what I read dell will only replace if you have 6+ dead pixles. They convienietly call them "fixed" pixles lol. How can it be "fixed" if it doesn't work? You can probably send it back for a full refund, though make sure because they have a restocking fee, check and see if it applies in your case.
I personally wouldn't keep it if I wasn't satisfied with it.

If you call them up and explain the problem, chances are you can get a replacement. If that doesn't work, call back and complain.
Or if you have the accidental coverage you could always just "wait" for an accident to happen -
lol i kindawish i did ... id be accident prone lol

dell has a 15 day return policy, theres no charge even for delivery or pick up.
