    1520 won't play DVDs

    Whenever I put a dvd into my new 1520, Windows media players opens for a second then closes. when I then manuallu open windows media player and click on the dvd, windows media player closes. can anyone help me?

    Try Windows Media Center. Maybe you need the correct codec for it. Such as DiVX

    Try downloading Media Player Classic or VideoLan and see if that plays it.

    I think him downloading the divx will solve the problem

    I think I found the problem. I just had to set my DVD drive to my region.
