If you keep the adapter plugged in at night the blue light will flash.
Unplug the adapter unless it doesn't bother you when your trying to sleep.
    Any other suggestions?

Is this even when the laptop is off?

And put something between you and the laptop so it covers the light... tissue box? Or just put a piece of paper over the light.

Yes, when the laptop is off not sleeping and the adapter is plugged into the laptop. I will just unplug it when i go to sleep. When it finishes charging the blue light blinks. Just curious if it is with all 1520's?

AFAIK, it doesn't blink when it is done charging...I think what you are talking about is when it is charging the last 1%

You can't overcharge the battery otherwise it'll damage it, but it does charge it for a brief moment for a small period of time to get it to 100%

I am sure when you wake up, it's off...is it not?

Are the lights on the side or on the side of the top? If it's the latter, you can just close the lid...

Hopefully this is good enough for you to see the corner of the notebook and lights on top and the side. Click on it for a bigger pic.
