    1520 freezes on startup.

    After startup, the computer freezes, leaving everything unclickable. I have to open the task manager and exit it before everything becomes normal again.

    Graphic card driver issue?

    It could be a number of things.. including an infection. Check out www.pcpitstop.com and run a full test and see if it red flags anything.

    No virus, reformated yesterday.

    Had this problem before I reformmated, scanned and nothing. Then due to some er, weird problem, I had to reformat, and still the same problem.

    I have this problem if i have a ethernet cord plugged into my vostro 1500 *same system* if you have on plugged in just unplug it

    disconnect USB and all other devices and start it up. If that doesnt work it might be a driver that is bad
