    on the bottom of the 1520 there are 2 vents. there is a fan in one of them (blows at the vid card?) but that fan isnt moving for me. is it supposed to turn on at a specific temperature or is there a manufacturing defect?

    More than likely it's set to turn on a certain temp. Try some good fps games with it. I get mine tomorrow, Ill let you know how it goes. First thing Im doing is deleting all dells partitions, reinstalling vista premium from dell and then dual booting with vista 64 bit. I cant wait to see if 64bit OS will work with anything. Ill keep you posted Im going to start a new thread too if you want to follow that.
