I have a Dell 1520 and Altec Lansing stereo system. Every now and then I will get breaks/crackles when playing music and browsing the net/doing other things. Not sure why. Maybe because they are other things going on? But anyway, can be quite annoying. I have the system plugged into the headphone jack of the 1520. Is that the right input for the stereo? I wasn't sure where else it goes.. Maybe that has something to do with it as well?
