    Hi All,

I did a bit of searching but there are a lot of topics to read. If this is a repeat (apologies)

I'm trying to determine if I should get the Inspiron 1520 or the M1330 notebook... Here's what I'm looking for:

A machine that is small, light, easy to travel with, does not get hot. I also want to be able to play games like World of Warcraft with no frame rate problems. Max settings aren't required. I've priced them both and the 1520 seems slightly more expensive for the items I want however it seems the graphics card might be better.

Overall is the 1330 ( which I find looks better ) a good buy and able to perform for what I want it to do?

    Let me know. thanks again

    Hi Terryw,

Thanks for the info... I might try CS- Source on it.. I'm guessing that should run okay too, the games been out quite awhile. But yeah I'm guessing why the xps one costs more then the 1520 is because of it's size and your paying for the XPS brand of sleekness... Which I'm all for as long as it has some nice features.. Anyone try this biometric finger reader??

how did you config the 1520? a $950 1520(with coupon) is better equiped than a $1900-$2000 M1330(no coupon that i know of).

of course M1330's biggest selling point is its small size and supposedly better styling.

Hi, I would also go for the m1330 if you want something that's easily carried around. The 1520 is a 15.4" screen...it might be just a little too inconvenient for you.
