    Specs for my 1520 are in my sig. Do I want PC2-5300 or PC2-6400? Will the 6400 make a difference? It's 667 vs 800 MHz.

    You should get DDR2 667 PC5300/PC5400 RAM for the best performance. I remember hearing that getting the 800 mhz ram will be running at 667 mhz anyway.

    does the ram speed have nothing to do w/the FSB?

    I was trying crucial's website and it recommended either 5300 or 6400
