    Can you please PM me or post here your case number / service tag if you have had reported your grainy LCD issue to Dell,
    They do not believe me that such an issue exists and that im making it up so I am going to prove to them it does.

    Its like sort of a petition,

    What's there to prove? Tell them that you're unhappy, and that if they don't fix it, you'll return the computer. Simple.
