So excited to receive my 1520 yesterday... first thing I noticed no webcam, no remote, checked all thru it all else is as ordered, this WSXGA+ is Perfect no graininess, no dead pix, which I so don't want to play roulette on getting replacement, for a webcam, so will keep what I have, dilemma, is which do you find is the best way to get compensated for by phone, or, on line chat, what is proper to ask for, any help would be very appreciated, btw really really Love the 1520, no wobble in lid, but without cam those rubber pokes are missing and it closes flusher, hoping not so flush the screen get's key prints. thx d
