I'm a Canadian buyer and when I ordered my 1520 about 2 weeks ago, the cost to upgrade to Bluetooth was $80. I would like integrated bluetooth but I thought $80 was a ripoff. Now I check and the cost to put Bluetooth is $20. Also when I bought it it came with the Dell 1390 wireless card and now it comes standard with the Intel 3945. I go on Dell chat to see if they can add Bluetooth for $20 and the online chat the guy says "you will get what you ordered at the price you paid" and ends the session.
When I called, they keep telling me I'm calling wrong department and transfer me till one guy checks my order status and says because it's shipped there's nothing I can do. So I ask him about returning it once I get it and he says I have to pay S&H and 15% of the order.
Any idea on what I can do? I forgot to ask the guy, but is it true that if I don't open the box then I can return it at no charge? I'm just wondering because I think I will receive it today and I'm excited to check it out(and I guess eager to check out all the "issues") but maybe I shouldn't open it yet in case I want to return.
