    Does anyone know if the keys on the keyboard can be rearranged, and if so, how?

    Not physically without breaking the keyboard but there are 3rd party programs like 'recode' keys to do other functions, with the exception of FN.

    So there's no way to swap the keys to rearrange them to have the Dvorak layout? That's a bummer.
