Does anybody else have this problem? I got a 1420 for my wife and the wireless goes in and out. I know it's not the router or the internet connection as I'm sitting in the same room as her and my connection is just fine.

Also, you know how when you move your mouse pointer over an icon down in the taskbar and a little bubble comes up? (i.e. you roll over the speakers and a bubble shows up and tells you that it's "volume") Well there is a serious delay for whenever she rolls over her wireless connection. It takes about 20-30 seconds for it to pull up. Even if we right click, it takes 20-30 seconds for it to pull up anything. What is this? Is this normal?

Do you have the Dell wireless card or the Intel one?

Intel. Could it be a driver?
