    How much bigger does the 1520 really seem I liked the portablity of the 1420 but I want to play future games on it so I think the 8400m gs has enough power. So is it worth getting the bigger size on the 1520 for a much better GPU?

    yes..and the resolution tends to be better on the 15.4. but its all about what you like and what you need it for to.
