well.. today was a pretty crazy day...

after a little over a week, i got my 1420 replacement. well, i had missed the delivery since i wasn't home. dhl usually ships in the PM, but today they so happen to ship it AM. oh well.. so i called them up and asked if i could go pick it up, but he said he'll call the guy at the truck and send him back here. he came back, i was pretty glad and yeah.

so i check my mailbox and i also received my hard drive for my hp dv1000(pretty darn old, but it has been with me for over a year). i dropped the laptop a few times, and the last time i dropped it, the hard drive cracked. how sad! before i was quite the noob and didn't bother to get any warranty, but eh, that's ok. the problem was fixed with 60 bucks!. yeaaaaaaaah. it actually runs a lot smoother than ever before now, though i'm having trouble with the audio driver.

anyhow, i guess i am little pleased with dell's customer service in respects to defective products. still, i'm a little disappointed with all the lies they made to me(ie. free next day shipping-it was 3-5 day.. and also $50 credit, which i never got). but yeah..

guess i am a little relieved.
