I just got my new dell 1420, my only issue with it is that the bottom right hand corner (its liek the where the last minute digit of the clock would be in windows) of the LCD (WXGA+) is darker than the rest of the screen and looks burned out....am i just being paranoid, and more importantly is it worth it for me to try and deal w/ tech support and ask for a replacement...otherwise its a pretty sweet computer

no its not the viewing angles, i compared it to my friend's 2 yr old computer, its definetly LCD burn...I was wondering why my 1420 shipped so ahead of schedule. Anyone know how i go about getting a replacement, besides just call dell? Also whats approximate time for getting a replacement?

If it annoys you, go ahead with the replacement.
I think calling dell is your best bet.
The time for the replacement to come would probably be a couple of weeks, depending on your warranty and how soon they can get someone out.
