    Sorry if this is Germans.

After seeing all the negative reviews/posts about the 1520, can one infer that the same problems are going on with the 1420?

I just ordered a 1420 but can cancel if needed.

    Thanks!

i've read about the grainy screen issues with the 1520 but i have not come across that problem with my 1420, non-glare screen.

I have had my 1420 for a couple days now and really like it. Apart from one minor issue I had with the screen resolution jumping around, it seems to be a good product. It feels solid, and the design is more attrative in person than pictures do it justice. I had given serious considerations to the other lines from HP and Toshiba but am not regretting going with Dell at all. Hope this helps.
