If you ordered a 1gb RAM laptop from Dell, did it come with 512mb x 2 or was it just one stick of 1gb RAM?

    2 sticks (512mb each)?
    1 stick (1gb)?

    I hope it's 1 stick, but I have a feeling it's two sticks.

Would you guys recommend getting 2x1gb to upgrade to make it 2gb? Or a 2gb stick and keep one of the 512mb sticks that came with the Dell to make it 2.5gb?
