    1420 Typing Problems

    Hello,

    My 1420 is about ten months old and has never had any problems. For the past week, whenever I type the cursor jumps all over the page and sometimes to another screen. I have tried to call Dell support and they blow me off. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
