I`m trying to play dvds on my laptop and watch them on my tv. I found an on-line store that sells S-video out to tv cables. 7 pin-3RCA 6ft. cable for $17.95 Is this all I need or am I completely on the wrong track? Thanks for the help.

You also need an audio cable if you want sound from your TV instead of your laptop.

Thanks, the company also offers s-video/audio cable. I just wanted to be sure I was going in the right direction. Has anybody had any experience with doing this? How did it go?
