    hi,
got my 1330 without the nvidia card (not a gamer...) and it seems like the video is really bad on this computer without it. is there a way to adjust the x3100 accelerator for better performance?

What do you mean 'video is really bad'? Are Vista's Aero effects slow? Or do you mean in games?

i mean like watching a youtube vid or anything on break.com. video is quite blocky and impossible to watch in full screen. i've got 2 gig of ram, and vista isn't slow at all (so far anyways...)

That could very well have something to do with the encoding method for Youtube/Break more than your video card. They're not exactly super high quality...

They're all flash videos, the quality of which has nothing to do with your video card.
