    do you think dell would give me 100 credit?
    I bought mine nov. 18th and have been getting replacements, i have one coming tommorow

    They gave me a $200 credit yesterday when I called to complain about the 3rd replacement they sent me. They played the whole "The price went down? Really?" game for a few minutes and then gave me the credit.

    ha im not sure dell is like apple and will give credits to everyone who bought one...maybe to those who bought them a week or 2 before the cut...

    I complained about having the motherboard replaced and then having to get a replacement and all the price drop stuff and in the end
    After an hour, got 125..not that bad

    My first laptop just shipped today
    and when i called them today about the price being lowered they told i cant get the credit because my system was already discounted $370 ($300 coupon and $70 off from the sales rep) so they are sending another $100 gift card instead.
