    i know you can't switch out the video card once its built, but i thought you could switch out the sound card. the rep told me that you could never switch out the sound card once its build.

    she also told me that the creative labs express sound card was completely internal and doesn't still out at all. from the picture it looks like it goes in the express card slot and sticks out about an inch.

    can anyone confirm?

    Yes, Creative Express soundcard is a removable Express card. The non removable Creative option is called Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy HD Software Edition. That is basically a software running on top of the standard integrated card to give slightly better audio effects.

    Even the picture changes to the following when you select the Creative Express soundcard option.
