    My other Dell didn't have this, so i know very little about it.
    Is this for mostly gaming? Does it make photos and web pages have better color?

    It's only for games and 3D design applications. Web pages and photos will be unaffected. It is also useful for decoding high definition content - it offloads work from the CPU.
