Yes, the colors should be just fine.

manly for those playing games as it has its own graphics processor not to consume all the the computers main processor has to offer. Personally for the extra $129 I feel like its worth it for even those who say they will not use it for gaming. One day you don't want to then one day you want to and no you can't upgrade this later and get mad you didn't spend the money the in the beginning.
The integrated Intel graphics will do great at any basic video related task and may not be too bad in some games even. In the end its your call. Either way the m1210 is a great laptop and I think you will enjoy it thoroughly. -
As others have already said, there is no difference in quality or color or any visual appearance between GMA950 and nVidia Go 7400. nVidia card may offer additional features, but for standard Windows work both are pretty much the same. GMA950 will also run Vista Aero ; so you dont have to worry about that either. Only drawback is 3D performance, especially for games (even most Windows 3D design applications will run on GMA950 with an acceptable level of performance).
Only advantages of having a GMA950 are cost and prolonged battery life (will add approximately 1 more hour)
But personally, I prefer dedicated graphics -

The extra headroom from a dedicated card will be a boon to all users. You do have more control over color reproduction with the 7400 card, the digital vibrance control can be quite useful, especially if your running an older washed out external display. Personally I will always opt for at least a low end dedicated card whenever possible, they do have several advantages, and who knows what your computing needs will be throughout the life of your system? You cant go back later and add it on, you either go without, or replace the system ahead of schedule.

Also if you plan on running Vista with all the eye candy you might want the 7400.
