I have the 11z with the i3 CPU, with 2GB ram and window7 64bit for about 2 months. Just upgraded to two new 4GB PNY DDR3 ram P/N MN4096SD3-1333

Once awhile the 11z will crash, and go to the blue screen "BSOD" about the window is shutting it down...... then it will reboot itself

Any suggestion on what is the problem?

Did i get the correct memory for the 11z?

    thanks

Take one stick out and see if it happens again. Then take that stick out and add the one you took out the first time and see if it happens again.

Could be a bad memory stick. You could also run memtest for both the sticks.
