    First off with the Dell question. If i order an XPS laptop and it comes to my door all Fubar'd, how hard is it to have it replaced?


    Would i be better off with a gateway or HP laptop??

    Simple...just call a CSR and they will send you another.

    it took mine 5 days from order acknoledged to delivered.just ask a csr.

    *warning* do not get HP or Gateway they arent good.......... and its really easy to get you laptop replaced if you dont like it ^_^ asking a CSR is always good
