I tried to install some new drivers and bios off of Dell's site but it tells me that the install failed because it's a multipart file. I figured it's no big deal since they say it failed, but now I can't control my screen brightness using the Fn+arrow keys. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Which driver failed?
Do you have a restore point?
