    They'll probably jack up the price on the ot her notebook though. If they didn't, I'd buy one of those for $99. If nothing else I could leave it Folding or something (and best case scenario I could use it as my PDA/Podcast/iTunes manager)

    I just ordered an XPS1330, but bought it with a coupon. I guess i'll call tomorrow and see if they'll do it.

    Usually with an add to an order, etc...The order has to be cancelled, and you would have to reorder. ;) :)

    Most likely you will NOT be able to get that same configuration for the same price with the $99 netbook. Most likely the "$99" netbook will raise the price of the other notebook by an equivalent amount, give or take. You may end up happier with what you ordrered today, but if not you'll probably have to cancel and reorder.

    I ordered a XPS1530 a couple weeks ago and it shipped a week ago. I called to try and see if I could haggle my way into the promotion since I was still within the 21 days to return. The best I could get was a %10 credit back on the XPS I'd already purchased. And frankly I'd rather get $130 back than have to spend an additional $99 on a computer I would never use so it worked out fine for me.

    Planning on getting a new Sprint Touch Pro in a few weeks when it comes out. Its discounted price is within a few dollars of the cheapest price of one of these. So I will get the phone rather than the netbook. But it would be nice to get both. Think Sprint will come up with a $99 deal for a phone? I can hope can't I.

    Guys, I don't even see this up anywhere, but even if it was, odds are you're paying for it. Don't regret a system you bought 3 months ago-stuff's always going to be cheaper, but I doubt this weeks deals will be much different from last week...

    Just got off chat with dell. this deal is not at all final, they have no direction yet from the marketing department. the rep told me it should be finalized sometime today but as of now there is no deal. 10:00am EST.

    Very weird. It's normally up at 6am-ish. If they really left the prices as they are now, they'd...actually still be worse than last weekend, but this would sort of help make up for that.
