The $799 m1330 deal is back, and is stackable with both 12% EPP discount and 10% holiday coupon ... very good deal! If you've ordered an m1330 within the past 30 days, and did not get the $799 deal, make sure you contact Dell and get a price adjustment! After my price adjustment, my m1330 with the following configuration came out to $1476.64 shipped!

    C2D 2.2Ghz
    200 GB 7200 RPM
    3GB ram
    built-in bluetooth
    8400m GS
    LED display
    6 and 9 cell batteries
3 year warranty w/ 3 year accidental damage & lojack
    Tuxedo Black
Vista Home Premium (I *love* Vista, BTW, way better than XP!)
    Intel Draft N wireless
    Fingerprint reader

I got lucky and got the good Tosh. display instead of the crappy Chei-Mei.. Sadly, I do have uneven hinge gaps and *slight* CPU whine, though. My keyboard also has a "wave" in it (it's not flat). I think I'm going to keep it anyway, though.

Edit: Dell 10% off holiday coupon codes are available here: https://holidaycoupon.dellsavings.com/welcome.html. Expires on 1/24, so hurry!

This $799 off the inflated $2198 price = $1399 which looks to be the same deal as the $500ish off deal they were running last week that also has a discounted price of $1399.

Not that I'm complaining... I ordered last week. I'm just noting that calling to have them price match the discount won't help me.

Do you have to be an employee to take advantage of the 10% holiday coupon? When I go to that link it says "Dell EPP Holiday" at the top of my browser....

EPP = Employee Purchase Program. If your place of work doesnt offer an EPP discount, PM me and I will give you my code.

Yes, the base cost is still 1399, but it includes better specs (so it's a better deal).

    I wonder if it's temporary.
