    What the hell

i was trying to order a laptop from dell (New Latitude E series or New Precision laptop)

    and..

    no free shipping.

    that's ok..

but there is one shipping method...

    ground shipping....

    $125??
    is that possible?

(shipping to canada, and ordering from dell canada)

You can usually negociate better pricing if you place your order on the phone rather than on the site. I've heard lots of stories of people even getting free ugrades.

XPS shipping is free in Canada but it is ground shipping; there is no other option so we can't get computers fast in Canada. I am sure that is either a mistake or that you can get it significantly reduced if you talk to a service rep. Why would XPS be free and this one be so expensive?
