    xps13 slow network connection at startup

    Having had my xps13 for 2 years it has been great. However, now I'm having some problems with the wireless connection. When I startup my laptop it takes about 2 minutes to connect to the wifi, in those 2 minutes it says limited connectivity. After than it connects fine. Last week and before I updated my antivirus software it would connect in seconds. I have tried a safeboot with network and it is the same. I have tried uninstalling the antivirus and it is the same. I have also tried 2 different wireless networks (home and work) both have the same issue. What will prevent my wireless from connecting automatically?
