    can any one tell me if i can use a xps touch pad with the backlit led's and put one in my vostro 1000

    Sorry man that's not possible as of right now. Atleast from Dell or any other retailers. I am pretty sure third-parties "may" be able to do that but I wouldn't do that as that may VOID your warranty.

    i dont care about the warranty on this computer cause its used as a work laptop1 and 2 they will pay for repars. plus i have 2 other laptops i can use
