xps 1530 motherboard part numbers

i was wondering if i could find an xps 1530 mobo with the 8600gt to upgrade the card of my brothers laptop. i searched xps 1530 motherboard with a few reasonable results, very few of which said anything about the graphics. those that did had the 8400 gs. on ebay it says the model is RU477. should i search something else for the 8600? should i not buy a laptop motherboard from ebay?
haha any chance i could throw another motherboard in the xps chassis like a vostro, studio, or any dell i guess i dont have much idea.

I guess nobody throws out m1530 motherboard to ebay or amazon. and if they do its failing motherboard or something like that, only troubles.
Try some local PC shop or directly from dell.

Why u want to replace the mobo anyway ???

Your best guess would be to contact Dell for a new board.. However you will be paying A LOT of money for it.. IMO not worth it.
