I don't know how to fix when installing bluetooth software and I can't go on when it's needed me to press Fn+F2 or switch radio on/off. I follow the instruction on both method but it still doesn't work for Fn+F2 and I can't found the radio to switch on/off bluetooth device.

Another problem is wireless network. I have wireless in my home and one laptop work well with wireless but this (xps 1340) doesn't show the access point of that wireless connection.

So how to can i solve this?

Is the bluetooth software installed? If it is, you can click the windows button on the left of your task bar and search for bluetooth, you should find a bluetooth application, run it and it should allow you to switch it on/off.

About the wireless does your XPS 1340 see other networks? It could be that that the wireless card is off. Can you see the wifi logo light in the front of your computer?

First, install the Dell Quickset app (it's on the CD and the driver site) and that should visibly toggle your WiFi and Bluetooth radios using the touch sensitive antenna control above the Fx keys (far left of media keys).

To add your wireless network using the stock Vista interface, left click on the network icon and go to Network and Sharing Center (or Control Panel, Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center). Click "Manage wireless networks" at the top left, and click "Add" on the left. Click "Add a network that is in range of this computer" and you should see whatever networks are in the immediate area. Windows 7 is a lot nicer about this, as are some 3rd party applications (I don't use the apps though, as they usually don't start your network until you log on to the system).

I can't go on installing bluetooth software because it's needed me to do what I said above and got failing. So i have to cancel installation.

I turn on wireless and can see the other wireless network nearby but can't see the one in my home. I do as what you said Studen Driver but still the same. What problem come from?
